How to join:

In person (at Dive 2000): Fill in the Dive Club Registration form and make payment.

Over the phone / fax / or email: You can join Dive 2000’s Dive Club over the phone, fax or email using your credit card and you will need to provide us with a completed application form. Please ask us to send you the Dive Club application form if you do not have one.

Post: Pop a cheque in the mail, or provide us with your credit card details, with the completed application form. Please ask us to send you the Dive Club application form if you do not have one.
